Seven academics have had their second hearings at two courts. The hearings that were supposed to start at 10.45 a.m. were held with a delay of 10 hours and 22 minutes at 9.07 p.m. The requests have been rejected and hearings adjourned.

Seven academics have had their second hearings at the 34th and 35th Heavy Penal Courts. The prosecutor has stated his opinion as to the accusations and demanded that five academics be penalized as per the Article no. 7/2 of the Anti-Terror Law.

Two academics from Boğaziçi University have had their second hearings and presented their statements of defence. The court board has rejected the request of the attorney Eyüboğlu for the extension of prosecution, allowed time for additional statements of defence and adjourned both hearings.
