10 Ekim katliamı yargılaması, 19 tutuklu sanık için çeşitli mahkûmiyet cezaları ile kapatıldı, şu an Yargıtay’da. 16 firari sanık için ise yargılama sürüyor. Fakat yaklaşık beş yıldır süren yargılamada heyet ve duruşma savcısı değiştirildi. Değişen heyet ile ilk duruşma 10 Mart 2021’de görüldü. Daha doğrusu görülemedi, çünkü mahkeme başkanı duruşmayı terk etti.
